OUTsurance vehicle insurance

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I was in the process of relocating to KZN. OUTsurance made prior arrangements for my vehicle to be repaired in KZN and kept me updated during the process. Once my vehicle arrived at the panelbeater, they reassessed the damage and resubmitted the claim. OUTsurance approved the additional costs with no problem and my vehicle was repaired.
