I note the letter/response as an acknowledgement/admittance/acceptance from Outsurance that it is their practice to engage in ******ion from their clients pre, post and at present as a result of technicalities.

Whatever you have written still does not deem the blood results legal.

The question at hand is whether the blood results were legal or not.

They were not legal then and they are not legal to date. I am not a legal practitioner and yet I understand that part of this whole situation.

You guys have offices filled with legal practisioners who are employed to advise on such matters.

Kindly have a legal statement sent to me by one of them stating under oath that the blood results were legal. Be sure to include their names practice numbers and institutions they studied from.

How many more legal technicalities have you guys ignored or are in the process of ignoring with other so called clients at this point in time.

I did not have the energy and finances to entertain this back then, Outsurance knew this and they used it to their advantage and in the process missed a crutial technical point in the books.

This does not and will not end here.

I will wait for the letter as requested above.

Some more acceptance/admittance/acknowledgement that Outsurance knows that the blood results are *******.

My partner signed the document after being **** to by a health practisioner (a female Dr. Motara at the Fourways life hospital back then) that the blood results were routine and they require a signature. She was seven months pragnant (my partner) with our daughter. I was not at any time unconcoius to fill in and sign the consent form. She decided not let me know about the issue, even the more reason why they are *******. More unjust actions by somebody acting exactly the way Outsurance acted. She further released me after two and a half hours with a packet of paracetamol.

You have just summarized that you acknowledge/accept/admitted that you know that what you did was ******* and the only way you are going to resolve it is in a legal preceding.

How many more South Africans had to go through that with Outsurance.

Please send me the letter I requested yesterday for me to attach to my documents for the Condemnation application.

The reasonable request letter was a threat from Outsurance at the time. You were not interested in doing the right thing at all.
