Outsurance uses 2nd hand parts for vehicle repairs
R400 000 car with 60 000km and Outsurance wants to use secondhand and non OEM parts for the repair. If Outsurance wants to be that cheap, then offer a premium that guarantees the use of new OEM parts! I'm here for GOOD insurance, not cheap insurance. Warning to all who use Outsurance - request the quote and see what parts have been authorised!
