OUTsurance - update of policy review

My review is aimed at the telecom service department of OUTsurance, for the updating of policies.

THABANG PULE was fantastic and guided me seamlessly through the process of updating and making changes to our business policy with OUTsurance which included explaining some items that I didn't fully understand. We needed to wait for something to be updated and Thabang said he would call me back once everything updated to finalise my queries and stayed true to his word. I feel that he is an asset to the department he is in as well as to the OUTsurance company as a whole.
