We understand that receiving an annual increase will come with a disappointment. We send out re-rate notifications 45 days prior to the rerate taking effect, giving our clients an opportunity to review their premium. Further to our private response, you were contacted by one of our managers Lesego, who advised you that the annual increase is based on a variety of factors like claims, inflationary adjustments etc.
We are sorry that we could not help you with a premium reduction this time around. RegardsThe OUTsurance Team
