Outsurance unproffesional service

Phoned in about a claim and adding another vehicle , service levels dropped drastically at outsurance. Turned around that i spoke to 5 people in a few hours to try and get them to understand that i am complaining about nobody phoning me back on request, bad and big excesses eg R6000on a car that is worth R50ooo and unproffessional service and i got better service at king insurance with half the excess. There is proffesional service and good prices at king insurance, most reviews are positive on them.Outsurance used to be the best, but now i wouldnt recommend them. Outsurance also said if you claim to many times they wont accept you as a customer. It sounds to me like they think we plan accidents. In 20 years that i have been with them there was 5 claims for my family. My 5c given it is bullying customers.
