Outsurance Unethicinal and unprofessional behavior

My hubby was hijacked and we not only suffered trauma but the loss of our vehicle and some irreplaceable items .After much deliberations and proving to Outsourance our claim is legit for our items, we were paid off in December 2014. Now in April the claim managers namely Devan Naidoo and Corne are harassing me at my place of work. I asked to be called back on Thursday last week and i am still awaiting their call from the head of department!!!!!! i will be taking my story to the News and all social networks. Outsurance does not care, they are ******* and frankly i urge you to take your insurance to another com[any that is trust worthy and professional<br>
