OUTSURANCE ********* REASONING

An Outsurance client jumped a red traffic light and smashed into me on the 23rd of MARCH and I still don't have any closure with the matter at hand.

I have had the most unhelpful encounter with the 3rd party claim division with Outsurance. ******* actions were taken by their client, false information given, and Outsurance has yet to investigate the matter but rather just take their client's false information.

A man skipped a red light, smashed into the side of me while I had 3 passengers in the vehicle - he claims that the traffic lights were not working yet there has been no maintenance filed for the traffic lights and all my passengers and myself know for a fact that the lights were then and still are working.

Outsurance and the way they deal with claims is extremely ********* and seems to be *******.

Here are the conclusions - due to no proof that the traffic lights were working or not working they have no choice but to use my witnesses as proof that they were, as well as if they were not working. The intersection turns into a four-way stop and the fact that your client drove into me proves that he is in the wrong.

It is ******* to say that I cannot use witnesses just because they were by-standers of the accident, I have 3 witnesses that were all apart of the accident and saw everything as it happened and were presented on the scene when their client drove into me.
