Outsurance u NEVER get something out!

I was involved in an accident on 10 February 2015. I submitted my claim to outsurance as the person who drove into me is insured with outsurance. Firstly I would just like to say that to get them to give me any information on the status of the claim is proving to be a very difficult task. On the 2 March I called and they informed me that my claim has been declined because their client claims that the accident was not her fault and to quote the manager Janine \\our client said we should not even entertain your claim\. After I informed Janine that I work in a legal department and requested that she send me a recording of the call as well as a letter stating that my claim has been declined so I can refer the matter to the ombudsman she requested more evidence. Which I provided. I called them back the next day and they advised that they will investigate. The agent dealing with the claim Stembiso can never give me an answer as to the progress of the investigation and I would assume that if there was an investigation I would be included however no one has contacted me.
