OUTSURANCE tried to **** me

My Vehicle Cover insurance was due to be reduced. I spoke to one of their consultants this week (regretfully I didn't take down his name) who said they could only reduce it by less than what I had expected them in light of my loyalty to them so far and the fact that I had just opened up a second policy with them. Anyway, I accepted their lousy offer. Today something told me to read my policy document (something I hardly do as I had written down the figures we spoke about and would just check my bank debits). To my surprise they had in fact increased my premium from my previous amount instead of decreasing it. <br> Now I'm just wondering what if i hadn't checked and compared the two documents. And how many people are ****med in this manner?<br> <br> I find this to be highly dishonest. <br> <br> As mentioned, I have just opened an additional cover with them- was this a safe move? I don't know if I should trust them at all now. Will they try **** me again?
