Outsurance Tricks

Hi, I requested to get a quote for my car insurance as to which I received, however they did not come in lower with the premiums then my current insurance, then I received a link that I should follow and complete in order to receive the R500 as promised but its a headache getting someone to assist because in the link I received and tried completing, (the column where I should attach my current insurance details does not allow me to do so) when I called Outsurance explaining the situation then I get transferred from pillar to post and then someone just sends me the link again with the same problem. Is this your business practice and are you guys deliberately causing this problem so that you dont have to pay the money because I saw im not the only person that went through this as per the reviews. please contact me.
