Outsurance treats their service providers like **** and force them to work at a loss or use cheap or secondhand materials.

Do not take car insurance from them. I registered my claim on 27 august for a broken tail light and a scratch on the bumper. It was only approved on the 19th of September. Now it is the 15th of October already and in all that time no one called me to tell me what is happening. They have to find a second hand parts because they don't have the funds to buy a new one. The new part will take 3 days to get and one day for fitting and painting. But it is 2 months now and still no joy. They promise you everything and force the service provider to keep their promises even if he loses money.
