Outsurance to the rescue.

My wife was stranded in a shopping mall with a car which wouldn't start. I phoned our insurer Outsurance for help. Within 30 minutes a towing company arrived to flatbed the car and take it and my wife to our local garage. This is typical of the service we've had from Outsurance for over 20 years. She received a call from Outsurance a couple of hours later to check that all was OK. We'll never change our insurer!
