OutSurance to the rescue

<p>We had a smash & grab the Friday & the following Saturday we were armed ****** in our house early Dec 2016. They stole the house keys, car keys with remote controls etc amongs a lot more. Except for all things lost & big loss of our material things was the safety issue due to them taking our house keys & car keys. This meant they could come back at any time, open my gate, open my garage door, de-activate my alarm, get into my car & drive off. I was in such a state, I could not do anything. Luckily I had my friend there, who immediately phoned out-surance & before the police finished taking my statement, she could re-assure me that OutSurance's locksmith is ons his way to change all the house locks. The locksmith changed all the locks before the police even left the scene. Unfortunately outsurance did not cover the remotes, I had to do that out of my own pocket & could only get a contractor out the next day, but atleast my house was not accessable to the burglars. Even afterword, I think it did not even take 1 week untill my claim was finalised & my lost things were replaced by OutSurance. Thank you so much OutSurance for being there when we needed you.</p>
