<p>Long story short, burst geyser this morning- phoned outsurance and they had dispatched a plumber within an hour; they were so efficient. Big thanks to Musa Nkosi and Phumzile for calming me down after i spent an hour on the phone to my bank who appeared clueless about how to assist me. </p>
