Outsurance - Tiffany

Normally dealing with large companies like Insurance companies, Internet Service providers etc. you always end up going in circles and being even more frustrated after the call.

Not this time, I received excellent assistance from Tiffany from OutSurance, she started the call with the friendliest greeting and even accommodated me in my home language.

She did't bore me with hundreds of questions, she was straight to the point and very helpful.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
