Outsurance thives and liers

Hi i have had a horrific experience with outsurance they have rejected my claim over a unheard question when my insurance was taked out. I even asked what do you mean in the conversation and the agent didnt repeat the question. But still they chose to reject my claim. Knowing i did not hear the question. And theres recorded proof. They are ar thives and ********** no 1 should take out any sort of insurance with them. Im taking them up with the ombudsman.
