Outsurance third party claims a bogus thieving scheme
Outsurance tries by every way to dodge payment of claims yet they take people's premiums promising to pay. I made a third party claim against their client who negligently drove into my car at a robot in William Nicol. We called traffic who did not pitch so we went to the police station for an accident report that articulately indicated their client's wrongfulness in the accident and he further wrote an affidavit accepting responsibility. We contacted Outsurance and sent all necessary documentation and today Mmathapelo Bokaba (Outsurance) told me that they can not pay for my car's damages because their client told them that it was raining on the day of the accident which is a lie, i sent her photos of the scene, there was no sign of rain. When i asked she said they rely on the information given to them by their client, this discredits the purpose of their so called investigations because then what was the purpose of calling witnesses. She said about stones in the road, when i disputed that she said their client said there were small stones in the road which is also a lie! She said even if their client accepts responsibility they dont pay in situations where their client did not have control over the circumstances. I think this government must put in place measures to protect citizens against these insurance companies because the way these people operate shows that they are not controlled or monitored by any body. ****************! How on earth can you tell me to go and fix my vehicle yet someone else drove into it and that same person is having his money being taken from by Outsurance with a **** promise that they will cover them. I think its high that South Africans must stand up against bogus insurance schemes.
