OUTSURANCE THIRD PARTY CLAIMS!!
I was in a car accident in October which was not my fault. The person who caused the accident is insured with OUTSURANCE. I received the claim number from them to claim as it was a third party claim. I submitted all the required documents and photos as requested, they phoned my witness and I was told it will take 6 weeks to process. Last week they emailed me to say they will not pay for the damages to my vehicle as their client said I was in the wrong which I WAS DEFINIETELY NOT!!!!! Their client was dishonest and now I am left to pay for the bad damages to my vehicle which I feel is HIGHLY unfair. their clients vehicle was not even road worthy as their license disk expired in August already.
THIS IS HIGHLY UNECEPTABLE WHICH I PLAN TO SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE AS I WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES TO MY VEHICLE FOR OTHER PEOPLES NEGLEGIENCE!!!!!
