Outsurance third party claim treated unfairly

Worst insurance company i have ever came across with regards to how third party claims is treated. You only look after your clients with regards to sorting their vehicles but treat third party claims with a refute.

Your client goes through a empty double parking space and into the through lane knocking into my husband's which is is already in the through lane.

Your client admits he is in the wrong even willing to write an affidavit saying this and your response is that there is no right of way in a parking lot so this will still be refuted no matter what your client says.

Your refute gives a different description to what exactly happened with regards to the accident , saying that this is as per your client.

We have eligible witnesses that stated exactly what happened and a report was filed with the police station.
