Outsurance third party claim
I was bumped by an OUTSURANCE client that forced a right turn in front of me in the process damaging my car now I am sitting with damages worth R35 000 after Outsurance refused to pay for the damages.
The reason for not paying for the damages was that no one has a right of way yet their client failed to stop on a stop sign.

03 Dec 2019, 09:25Good day Lungile,
Thank you for your feedback. Isaac our legal manager contacted you to address your concerns and he discussed the merits of the claim in detail.
Isaac discussed the reasons for the apportionment and the matter was rejected on a negative apportionment.
Sorry for the disappointment.
Regards,
OUTsurance

03 Dec 2019, 17:07What was the point of your legal representative calling me and saying that after their assessments i will only be paid R21 000?If he had done his investigation properly.
Then the following day he called saying they won't be making any payment as their client had said to them that the road was clear for her to make a right turn of which it was not true as there was heavy traffic.
Your legal representative did not even call the witness but only took what their client had said to him and came to a conclusion.

18 Dec 2019, 11:12Good day Lungile,
Yes you are correct, we did state R21000 however the matter ended in a negative apportionment due to the high cost in our client's damages.
Elizna, Isaac's manager, contacted you to discuss in detail.
