Outsurance... Think twice! When you need them the most, they weasel their way out of claims!

Lots of false adverti*****t promise! Excellent in taking your money for 15 years! Now a constant struggle for almost a year to get our legitimate claim payed out!

Our claims team discussed the claim rejection in detail with you. Your claim was rejected due to your premium being unpaid. The office of the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance was in agreement with our decision.

It is a pitty that you deducted the premium twice at the end of that month, therefore taking ownership of the 1 month that was not paid. Like the bank statement clearly shows!
