Outsurance ***** in Disguise
Good morning
How on earth is it possible to pay almost the same amount for insurance as your vehicle insurance. During lockdown I went through some financially difficulties. My instament was R1098 at the time. When I tried to get it re instated the installment almost doubled and please note the value of the car dropped from new to second hand value of around R160 000. You guys are using ones credit history profile to insure vehicles knowing well this country is just coming out of a pandemic. I had faith in outsurance before but all that's gone now. You advertise on TV but Rob the public when you get a chance. I am disgusted at your service. I drive a 2019 Polo Vivo 1.4 trend line and if any other insurance company feels that they are better than outsurance please give me a call. ***
