OUTSURANCE - they dont care and they dont pay out!

A few weeks ago I put in a claim with outsurance for my engagement ring and I have had nothing but bad service, a rude consultant, promises to call back, and I am still waiting. I have all my household goods and our three vehicles insured with outsurance and have had for years. I have been married for 25 years this year and this has been terribly difficult to deal with. I have phoned and sent emails and I keep getting the run around.

I strongly advise against going with an insurance company that I feel does not care about its members and only cares about roping people in with false promises. In the event of something happening they do not care! I have been a statistic and forgotten about!
