OUTsurance the worst insurance ever

I have been with OUTsurance since 2013. Paid my premiums for my car, home and household contents diligently. Since 2013 I had never claimed yet 2 days ago when I experienced a burst geyser and a leaking pipe I am told my excess for my home contents is R4000 and there are 2 separate claims meaning I must pay R4000 x2 and this is even after I said I do not have the one R4000. The team leader by the name of Maxine is saying take it or leave it we really don’t care. In 2018 I cancelled my car and household insurance after I was treated so badly by a consultant when I tried to review my premiums. The lady was not bothered even when I told her I am cancelling even after she gave me such a bad experience. I wasn’t even aware my building insurance was with OUTsurance and trust me I would have cancelled it had I taken notice, and the only reason I didn’t take note is because it is incorporated into my bond. There is absolutely no ways I would have kept quiet to pay such a high excess knowing very well it’s a *******. The other funny thing is the other claim is less than the excess yet I am expected to pay the excess so my question is what is the point? What is the point of also having an insurance that then refuses to assist its clients who have been super loyal and mind you I had even referred clients to them. My rates with OUTsurance have been ridiculous from the get go and they have never even bothered to take into consideration the tenure, my loyalty, the fact that I had never even claimed with them and including my age. I am highly disappointed and no one seems bothered whilst my ceiling, my geyser and my wooden floors are damaged in my house. This has been the worst insurance ever and I know one thing for sure, I will never refer anyone with you.
