Outsurance the worse insurance company EVER

I'd like to share my horrible experience that I have had with outsurance. There advertising is so huge and professional that we moved over from old mutual to outsurance a lady called kwik and she was nice to sign up with she explained and myself and my wife was happy to sign up so we could have our household contents insurance with outsurance. When we had a house break in back door broken and almost all our belongings ****** my work tools TVs all electrical equipment clothes jewelry everything . We called them they sent a agent out call lorenzo he came to our house to discuss everything that was ****** he questioned myself and my wife like we were the ********* and he said it's just his job to do it to make customers feel like bad. My wife and kids already in a state cause of the break in we called his manager he was talking all nice that we will replace everything u had or with better and they here to make our life easy.. when it came the time for the claim we didnt hear from lorenzo in days my wife had to constantly message and call him which is so unprofessional. And weeks later they said this company caldis will replace some of our electronic . We waited so long for those guys when ever we called them they full of lies and excuses they waiting on this and that and we will have it by tuesday cause all the stock is there tuesday comes they say they have no stock and finally on a friday they deliver the goods and I promise u they delivered such cheap brand **** they say if we cant replace u with what u had they will replace with better which is all a lie and **** from outsurance we called the company CALDIS the guy named Mervin was so rude and shouting at me on the phone I was so upset I told them take this cheap stuff back.the manager called he was also so rude . We took such a big loss with the break in we had and outsurance didnt even payout of replace Half the things that was ******. The sad thing is ******* come in ur house ***** from u rob all ur belongings then you think u coverd by outsurance and everything will be replaced like they say they do but they dont outsurance are the biggest ******* they rob u big time once u put a claim thru. So my advice to anyone reading this do not take out insurance of any kind with outsurance they are unprofessional and disgusting makes me sick to my core it's a constant headache with them .
