OUTSURANCE THE EPITOMY OF OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY

<div>I'm a longstanding client of Outsurance. Being a pensioner, I require a competitive premium and an efficient service provider. To date I've received requests from many other service providers vying for my business. This morning I contacted Outsurance informing them of my experience and requested a review of my policy...obviously motivating my request for a decrease in premiums. I was informed that the matter will be managed by a supervisor and will receive feedback in a few minutes. Within 15minutes, I received a call informing me of my new reduced premium . I accepted this and an amended policy schedule was emailed to me. This to me is OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Many South African companies should emulate this quality assured business practice. I experienced a sense of loyalty and consideration. This was amazing.</div>
