Outsurance. You are full of lies. I previously did a review on your bad service. The gentleman i spoke to agreed that my car rental can be extended to 20 days if needed. Now when it come to exstending you are telling me it cant be done. I will not recomend you to anybody else ever again. Lies lies lies. I have asked for all the recordings to be sent to me regarding my claim but I am already waiting over 2 weeks for it. I NEED A SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME URGENTLY.

We are very sorry about the incorrect information you received.

Our claims manager contacted you with an apology and also gave you the assurance that the rental vehicle was granted until 12 July, as per our previous discussion with you.
