I had pet insurance for my furr baby with OUTsurance, they always and I mean always empathetic towards the details of the claim and very professional. If I send an email, there will be one person calling to confirm details and when done my email is resolved and no one else from the company is calling like with many other Insurence companies, there will be three to four people calling for the same thing the whole day. Well done and keep it up.
