Outsurance - the best short term insurance company in RSA!

My wife was involved in an accident in February 2018 and the driver of the other vehicle admitted liability, although they were not insured. The Outsurance excess payment was over R4000 but I was informed at the time that, should all the costs be recovered from the other party, I would be refunded this amount. True to their word, I received a phone call from Outsurance consultant Sanet Van Niekerk on 19 March 2019 informing me that the excess payment would indeed to refunded. I had clean forgotten about the incident so what a great surprise!

This is not the first time I have claimed from Outsurance - each previous claim has been dealt with with the same professionalism. I am still amazed how low my monthly premiums are!

Well done to Outsurance (any also, of course, to the third party who paid their dues!)
