Had a small sc**** on my vehicle, phoned outsurance and spoke to consultant. He was very helpful and informed me of my options and made an appointment to see an accessor. My vehicle was accessed and a garage was appointed which was convenient to me All this happened within a week. Made an appointment with panel beaters and my car went in the Monday and was available to be picked up on Thursday All this was done free of charge not a cent out of pocket.
