OUTSURANCE TERRIBLE CLAIM
Hello Peter,
I have had a terrible experience with this company, I insured my phone and laptop with them and I recently claimed for them and they valued my laptop at R6, 400 meaning that the premium that I pay monthly is for a laptop that is R6, 400 but when I claim they want to pay me for a laptop that is R4, 600. This does not make any sense and is **************** and *****, they kept on adjusting the value of my insured product upwards and increasing its value thereby increasing my premium but when I claim I'm being told my laptop current laptop is valued at R4, 600. I am very disappointed and angry at OUTSURANCE, I am never going to insure anything with them I will be canceling all my policies with this company from my house contents to my home insurance. It's a good thing I took my car insurance to budget because I would have been in the similar situation had I had to claim. My advise to fellow Hello Peter subscribers is that you do not join this company. Thank you.

She forwarded you the specifications of the replacement laptop and will await your response. We need to be sure these specifications need to match with those of the laptop you claimed for.
