OUTSURANCE - TERRIBLE AND SHOCKING SERVICE
WOW !!! - I have been a client with OUTSURANCE for almost 10 years.
I have never claimed on my policy and have been paying the said premiums.
I contacted them - and all I needed was a jump start - due to Covid - my battery could not start.
THEY REFUSED...as I was driving my wifes vehicle - who is also insured with Outsurance.
WOW...!!!! What kind of business service is this.
NOW I have cancelled my policy with them after almost 10 years - and will not do business with a company who cant offer their clients a jump start - but happy to take the monthly premiums !!!

Our Rescue manager investigated the matter.
Since your vehicle was insured for essential cover only, we correctly stated the roadside assistance does not apply to this cover.
We could however have arranged with a towing company to assist you, which would then have been for your own account.
We are sorry we made you feel as if we don't care! This could have been handled much better for you.
We are sure your previous claims experiences with us were proof we do have our clients' interest at heart and value our clients.
