OUTsurance telesales agent who made quote was awesome 👌
OUTsurance telesales agent who made quote was awesome 👌. However, the promotional promise is false advertising since I was unable ask for my R500 or R1500 since the service was not accessible. The service did not allow me to use the link sent for a claim. Even to date I await communication from Promotion department to claim what I was promised.
