Outsurance Talk the BIg Talk and Walk the Big Walk

I was travelling along the R72 in the early hours of the morning and was forced off the road, causing a double blow out on my car with my wife and two small children on board. Immediately phoned Outsurance and asked if they could help. Johan's reply was positive and re-assuring, and immediately I had one SMS to say a report had been opened with direct contact number, followed by another announcing the tow truck company ETA. Johan then phoned to say he was going off shift but I would be contacted by the next shift. JP was on the line shortly after, and was with us all the way until the truck arrived. We finally arrived at our destination 2 hours late but in good shape, and was finally contacted to make sure all was well. Seriously felt like I was being looked after by my best mate - WELL DONE guys. You do make some fairly bold promises, and in my experience fulfil them nicely. Thank you.
