Outsurance takes the CUP

Called Outsurance to have my mothers personal cover reviewed, the consultant on the other side Mr. Pince Musa took the liberty to offer to call me back which he did. He then ran through specifics with me and with in seconds emailed me a reviewed quotation which he went through it with me line for line ensuring that I once again understood what my mom was covered for, he had even decreased the out-and-about cover (which is for cellphones laptops etc) dramatically I was shocked at the revised premium...... Thank you Outsurance for always putting money back into our pockets during these challenging financial times and thank you Prince for the professionalism.
