Outsurance switch and save ****!!!

It is always so disappointing when a company this big tells lies. Last Monday(12/11/18) an outsurance called me regarding a quotation for vehicle cover, this was after a request i made through the number they provide on their advert. The agent took all my details, and provided me with a quote(with several options) and none of these options saved me any money, the only one that came close was an offer which had a sky high excess.

So as the advert says, if they cant save the customer money, they will give them R400. I asked this agent about this seeing that he could not save me any money from all the offers he gave; he ended off by saying he will send me a link so that i can fill in my details so that I can receive this money.

Almost a week later there has not been any link sent to me. This is such a shame from such a big brand, to make matters even worse, I am their customer...I have both a life and home contents cover with them but still this was the shameful treatment I received from outsurance.
