Outsurance surprises again

In October 2015 I had an incident where someone drove into the back of my car. Outsurance handled this claim with the utmost of professionalism and managed to recover the money from the other party AND refund me my excess that I paid. <br> <br> Well done guys, I won't ever use another insurance company if this is the way you do business! :)
