Outsurance Supports ********** behaviour - According to Agent

On the 14th of February 2020 around 8am I was involved in an accident with an Outsurance client claim no:*** he was at fault and the AR was made. The car I drove was a write off and he made it clear his insurance will be in touch with us, Telesure contacted us were we sent all the documents that was required, information was accurate. Then Outsurance contacted us, we also sent all the documents that was required to Outsurance - then on the 8th of July we receive a call from Outsurance that their client has changed his statement and that he wasn't at fault and that he did stop at the stop sign whereas initially he had stated that he did not. Lawrence Mothiba (direct line: *** and ***) an Outsurance Agent called to inform us that - then I told him that the AR was issued how was that possible then he tells me that they will look into it but at the end of the day they had to please their client and has since said he will get back to me but hasn't. I am confused how does someone who has committed such a reckless incident - suddenly changes his statement and his insurance sees nothing wrong with. As a potential client I am disappointed in Outsurance and their support for a ********** behaviour.

On the 15th of July we called Outsurance following a review we submitted to them after missing a couple of calls from them and we spoke to Lebogang Senne regarding Outsurance's ***** endor*****t - first we spoke to Lawrence Motlhabane* (Not sure about the surname) who was the first person to claim from us R52 000 on behalf of their client (Claim no: ***), when we told him it's not possible for their client to claim from us as there was an Accident report from the Accident scene on the 14th of February 2020 - AR no:*** stating very clear that their client was at fault and thus acknowldegded at the scene and even months as we had been in communication with him, he responded by saying even if there's an AR they only take their client's words as he had suddenly changed his statement.

And today as we contacted Lebogang Senne he also emphasized that they don't care about the Authorities' AR "unless the accident is fatal" wow so somebody has to die first - and that what their client says goes, Did your ungrateful client tell you that we even defended him because the community wanted to beat him up for the mess he made? Did he mention that at the speed he was going he was only managed to be stopped by the wall he crashed into? Did he mention that he tried to flee from the scene but realized that he was stuck coz he even hit a yellow water asbestos** by the wall that stopped him?. Lebogang Senne refused to contact Metro's Investigation office to request an Accident report and said that we should do it. How does Outsurance determine the authenticity of their client's claims? As it is, their client owes us not the other way round if they cared about evident claims they wouldn't be telling us "3rd party" to go request for the very same AR their client was supposed to submit. Outsurance's Lebogang Senne's undermining manner towards us and this case is shocking and disgusting! He couldn't care any less if we are prospective clients or not. Is this the kind of service Outsurance drives? I have requested the AR and cc'd him hopefully this will be evidence enough that Outsurance and their client should be paying us and not harass us like this all because we are not the client. You should be working on how to fix our car instead.

We have sent Lebogang Senne the Accident Report from Metro Police on Monday and we still awaiting feedback. Where's that sense of urgency that was mentioned? Clearly Outsurance's Claims Team and the Marketing team are not working on the same page.
