Outsurance Claims Department - You guys ROCK! We had the unfortunate experience of having a vehicle involved in an accident whilst we were away on holiday. Outsurance really went the extra mile.... Our advisor/Claims person Brett Kimmiewas amazing, keeping us constantly updated on the status of our claim. He arranged the vehicle to be towed away, arranged the assessor Piet van der Westhuizen to come through to us. When we arrived home there was a hire car waiting for us at the airport. Piet was a marvel! He explained the entire process to us, explaining how and why on each aspect of the process, explaining our various options. Though our vehicle was written off (sigh:-( ) he made a very upsetting incident as painless as possible! Piet & Brett....you guys are awesome Outsurance Ambassadors
