Outsurance - Superb Service

I have been with Outsurance for a number of years and I will NEVER move to another insurance company. I have had numerous companies that have called me to give me quotes. I use to allow them to give me quotes and they could never match what Outsurance gives me. They can either match the premium, but not the excess payment or vice versa. My husband recently passed away and updating my details, my premium increased, as my son is now the permanent driver of the one vehicle. The agent could "pick up" that I am struggling financially and when the lady that deals with the premiums called me back, she did her utmost to reduce my premiums. In the end, my premiums only increased by R200.00. Outsurance does their utmost to accommodate their clients.
