OUTSURANCE SUCKS

I took insurance with this company for credit protection, I lost my job a month ago and submitted a claim. My claim was declined on grounds that I was not permanent, I was contracting. That clause was not on on the contract and was not discussed. So today I cancelled their insurance, I'm fed-up with these people. Can you please assist me?
