Outsurance Struggle

I fell victim to theft 14 months ago and had to go through hell trying to sort out my claim with Outsurance. Outsurance eventually approved my valid claim and my items replaced, but the stress they put you through and ill confidence they have in loyal clients are astonishing and utterly rude. My vehicles are insured with Virseker which i have claimed through only once since i joined them as some idoit/s burgled my vehicle in front of my parents in law's house and stole my belongings. I then phoned Outsurance and was welcomed by the "nightshift" guy named Elton...... I informed this uninformed gentleman about my claim and what was lost. Elton then rep**** and said that my motorcycles are insured but not my vehicles. *** ??? I did not inform him that my vehicle was ******, i informed hom about my gps, drone with all accessories, hardcase, jacket etc was ******. To my amazement i got an answer from him that my vehicles are not insured with Outsurance. I KNOW THAT!!! Already, i have experienced this, and my claim have not even been completely loaded. And next some woman trained to make you feel like you are the guy that broke into the vehicle, right infront of you psrents in law's house and the neighbours driving past and can testify that the vehicle was in order untill a few minutes later whilst my wife and i was in my parents in law's house and they can vouch for this. Wish me luck "dont underestimate the power of idiots in numbers...."
