Anyway, wnet online to see if I could get a quote, filled in the correct fields and what I got was not a quote. Instead I got a message stating that a agent would phone me. Now Outsurance, I am not sure whether you are aware of this or not, but it is 2021. In 2021, the best insurance companies have an online quote option, where people can get a budget quote to see how things compare. In 2021, we have smartphones with 24/7 web access that people use to go online. I need the Outsurance CEO to put down his Nokia 3310 and get with the times. If I wanted to speak to a call center agent, I would have phoned you. Not everyone in SA operates on please-call-me messages, so get with the program and get online quotes. As stated, this is 2021, not 1921. Your competitors like King Price Insurance have online quotes where you actually get a quote online without having to speak to call center agents THE NEXT DAY.
