Outsurance stinks
This is the worst insurance my vehicle was involved in an accident on monday and this insurcance company has made no calls to me to tell me what is going on with my vehicle the assessor from outsurance is Kyle Daniels and i haven't been contacted from him , I have made numerous calls to the claims department regarding the status of my vehicle, they lie to their clients saying the vehicle has been assessed but when i phoned the place where my vehilce was left byvthe tow truck company the manager told me nobody from outsurance has been there to assess my vehilce today i call Kyle Daniels and his number is disengaged so this is the worst insurance company, I would never recommend this company to anybody

Following the receipt of your complaint, we escalated the matter to our claims manager who has since been in contact with you to address your concerns and to provide you with feedback regarding the status of your claim.
We can confirm that a service provider has been appointed to attend to the repairs on your vehicle. We have also escalated the matter to our client liaison team - who will ensure that you are informed of the progress as the service provider carries out the repairs.
We apologise for the delays that have occurred up to this point - this has been addressed with all the involved parties internally.
We thank you for your continued patience while we carry out the repairs to your vehicle.
