OUTSURANCE stepping up to plate

<p>I lodged a complaint against Outsurance and they deserve the compliment because they reacted immediately.</p> <p>However, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and their panelbeater in Vredenburg is that link.</p> <p>He made a botched up job of the repairs, and after their intervention it is a gippo job. He did not carry out their instructions, but I am grateful to Outsurance and accept it. </p>
