OUTsurance steels from the poor

On the 30/10/2015 OUTsurance debited my bank account even though all of my policies with OUTsurance have been canceled.<br> <br> On the 04/11/2015 I called OUTsurance to query when they planned on returning my money. I was informed that the money would be returned to me on the 31/11/2015.<br> <br> I told the call centre agent this is completely unacceptable. The call centre agent then proceeded in telling me to email my bank statements to him and \\He will see what he can do\.<br> <br> As if he was the hero...... Please!!!<br> <br> Firstly you acknowledge incorrectly debiting my account.<br> <br> Secondly why should I go ahead and further prove to you that you incorrectly took money from me?<br> <br> Who do you think you are asking for personal documentation which you have no right to?<br> <br> OUTsurance it is not your money and you are in the wrong keeping it away from me!\"\"\""
