outsurance... stay away

so I used the sms service on the outsurance ad and they phoned me. they were very quick to give me a quote and take my banking details for a debit order. my current insurance didnt accept their insurance becauce of inadequit insurance and I tried back and forth as outsurance told me it would be an easy process.... It is not!!! I dealt with Katlego and another person during the last month with no success! over the last 3 weeks ive been sending outsurance mails asking them to confirm that my details have been removed so their premium doesnt go off with my current insurance. NOT ONE REPLY from them!!!! absolutely shocking and pathetic. Im warning you now for the last time on an open platform send me confirmation that my debit order and ALL my details have been removed from your systems so NO debit order goes off at the end of the month and I have to struggle to get it reversed! not only do they not get back to you or even reply on a mail but they also dont pay you since they cant beat your current insurance!
