Outsurance staff is the best I did ever dealt with.

After a accident I did report the accident online and in less than 2 minutes I got a call inform me to take my car to PG glass for assessment and a day later my car was booked in for repairs at accident panel and paint in Brakpan. The workmanship was terrible and the manager was aggressive and told me to take my car and f_ck of his property. AND this is the part of Outsurance that really needs to be loved and appreciated. This is the part where the EXTRA MILE from Outsurance come alive. I did report it to Outsurance and this was the best treatment I ever had with the Outsurance (A)team. They immediately apologize for the incidence and I was informed to take my car to another Outsurance panel and spray branch in Boksburg. My car was respray and all my concerns was fix professional as Outsurance believe in quality professional workmanship. Thanks to all Outsurance staff for the matter my claim was handled.
