Outsurance staff are very friendly & helpful. Good call centre and staff are well trained. The company systems are set up very well. They follow up on issues and project an image that they are pro-active 👌. Outsurance treats their clients as people - you do not feel like another number in the system. Good communication skills via telephone and e-mail. Also, give proper feedback and follow-up. They also do not have a long waiting or turnaround period. The client does not need to go around and get quotes from tepair centres in case of an accident. I am happy with the service I have received so far.
